赵健,副教授,香港理工大学电气工程博士,曾是香港理工大学助理研究员、副研究员、美国阿贡国家实验室访问学者。近三年,获上海市晨光学者,光明学者,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点专项子课题、上海市教委优秀青年项目、上海市科委扬帆计划等纵向项目,以主要完成人身份获中国电力科学技术奖一项,主持电网公司电科院/经研院、地市公司以及其他企业校企合作项目多项,参与香港政府、香港理工大学智能电网实验室、美国阿贡国家实验室多个科技项目。近五年发表SCI/EI期刊论文30余篇,IEEETrans.期刊论文10余篇,曾获得IEEE电力与能源协会最佳论文奖,长期担任10余个国内外顶级/高水平期刊的审稿人,获得2018年Trans.Smart Grid最佳审稿人。

团队介绍

  团队目前有研究生20余名,其中,与清华大学联合培养研究生1名,与香港理工大学联合培养研究生2名,加拿大卡尔顿大学联合培养研究生3名,与扬中市大航有能集团校企联合培养研究生2名。团队研究方向包括:1)配电网状态识别和运行管理,包括配电网拓扑关系识别、中压配电网站线变关系校验;2)新一代配电网优化运行管理,包括电动汽车有序充电、分区分压光伏接入模式、中压配电网用户建模和负荷管理;3)配电网运检营销业务提升,包括配电网故障智能分析预警、配电自动化水平建设评估、抢修资源优化分配等;4)电力数据助力政务民生,包括独居老人识别算法开发等。
